Tanger Acquires Levis Commons for $60M, Boosts Portfolio
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has significantly expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of The Town Center at Levis Commons, a 300,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center located in Perrysburg, Ohio. The deal, valued at approximately US$60 million, marks a key step in Tanger’s external growth strategy.
The Levis Commons center joins Tanger’s existing collection of full-price, market-dominant lifestyle centers. This acquisition represents Tanger’s fourth such property, solidifying its position in the retail market. The center boasts a diverse mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options, attracting a broad customer base.
The acquisition aligns with Tanger's broader plans to diversify beyond traditional outlet centers and capture a larger share of the lifestyle retail market.
