Kepala Batas, August 14 – In a move to proactively prevent potential unrest, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) has issued a strong appeal for both Umno Youth and DAP to call off their competing Jalur Gemilang (Malaysian flag) events scheduled for today in Bertam, Penang.
