MELAKA, August 18 – A Texas Instruments factory in Melaka has been cleared of any wrongdoing following an incident where the Jalur Gemilang (Malaysian flag) was briefly seen flipped upside down. Duyong assemblyman Mohd Noor Helmy Abdul Halem released CCTV footage today to publicly defend the factory against accusations of disrespect towards the national symbol.
