eHati Responds to Allegations: Claims Safe Spaces for Women, Denies Controversial Practices
The Rakyat Post

Kuala Lumpur – eHati International Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian-based organisation offering personal development programmes, has strongly refuted recent allegations circulating online regarding the safety and content of its workshops. Founders Diyana Tahir and Rahim Shukor addressed concerns about deviant teachings and claims of spiking drinks during a recent session involving Piya Drinks, a popular beverage brand.

In a public statement, Diyana and Rahim emphasized that eHati programmes are designed to be safe and supportive spaces for women to explore personal growth and empowerment. They asserted that the organisation’s core values revolve around fostering self-awareness, building confidence, and promoting healthy relationships.

“We are deeply saddened and disappointed by the misinformation and baseless accusations that have been spread,” stated Diyana. “Our intention is always to create a nurturing environment where women feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals. We take the safety and well-being of our participants extremely seriously.”

Rahim Shukor added, “The allegations regarding deviant teachings are completely false. Our programmes are rooted in established psychological principles and ethical practices. We adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the integrity and safety of our workshops.”

The controversy stemmed from social media posts alleging inappropriate behaviour and the possible spiking of drinks during a recent eHati event featuring Piya Drinks. Piya Drinks has also issued a statement clarifying that they were simply a sponsor and had no involvement in the content or conduct of the workshop. They confirmed that the drinks provided were unopened and standard products.

eHati has pledged to cooperate fully with any investigations into the matter and has invited relevant authorities to review their programme content and operational procedures. They are also taking steps to address the misinformation spreading online and protect their reputation.

“We understand the public’s concern and want to assure everyone that we are committed to transparency and accountability,” Diyana concluded. “We are confident that a thorough review will demonstrate the integrity of our programmes and the dedication of our team.”

The organisation encourages anyone with concerns or information related to the allegations to come forward and share it with the appropriate authorities. They also reiterated their commitment to providing a safe and empowering platform for women’s personal development in Malaysia.
