SSNIT: Biggest Hurdle is User Adoption, Not Tech - DG

Transitioning to digital platforms is a key component of modernizing the scheme and improving efficiency. However, a lack of awareness, digital literacy gaps, or preference for traditional methods are believed to be contributing factors to the slow uptake of these digital services.
