UP Local Bodies Get Green Light to Use Finance Commission Funds for 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign
Lucknow: In a significant move bolstering the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' (Tiranga means flag) campaign, the Uttar Pradesh (UP) state cabinet has given the go-ahead for urban local bodies to utilise funds from the State Finance Commission for flag distribution.
